Placed my first order online and paid up front 3 weeks in advance ( due to start deliveries after my holiday) The day of my first expected delivery there was no milk. After contacting them I was informed they do not deliver to my address. There was a verbal apology but it was only after my call that they started processing my refund which took a week. Surely they could have checked my order and informed me 3 weeks earlier they could not fulfill the order and given an immediate refund. I would recommend phoning to check possible deliveries to your address before proceeding with an order.

It's great that I don't have to carry heavy bottles of milk home and with u it's easy to change things if I need to

We've recently started a weekly subscription with McQueens dairies and we honestly cannot fault them. The milk is always on the doorstep before I leave early for work. The milk is fresh and tastes far better than supermarket milk in my opinion and stays fresher for longer, plus the added bonus that their dairy suppliers are bovaer free dairies. The kids love the milkshakes as well. All round great service and will continue with them for years to come.

The price is very good, it's reassuring that a bottle of milk and a bottle of orange is at my door every week. And don't forget to collect your bottle s back, I've left 3 now outside

Its a clown/cowboy company. Things needed to know are. Juices they sell are not FRESH as they advertise but are concoction made of concentrate. Second, hey are selling cream that supposed be uk made but its made by Muller milk product. If I wanted Muller milk id go to Lidl thanks. If you want to reduce your order you are having to obey with company policy and falling on mercy or their calendar. Like booking hotel room. Just to force you in to paying at least one more time. It isnt the case when you want to increase the purchase might I add. And when you actually resign of some of the products they will send you some shit you didnt order just to balance their books. If it comes to prices and what you are actually charged be carefull to. Ive been with them for 4 weeks and variations and some secret charges came up to £1.50. I understand it might not be a fortune but this kind of things kill the trust. As I was hoping in to playing part in restoring reach tradition of a milkman I am deeply disappointed seeing this are acting just like those parasite energy companies that once they have your DD agreement they serve themselves as they please whenever they please. Its a disgrace. That every where you turn. Even if thing seems innocent, you cant trust it. This is agony of this century. And McQueens are good candidate for a poster boy for that.
