Firstly, the milk was nice. Secondly, customer service was abysmal. Cancellation should not be so difficult. Taking money after I've cancelled and sending demanding letters is not nice.

Absolutely brilliant! I look forward to my delivery every week, the service removes the worry of buying essentials on a weekly basis from the shop or supermarket. I can have what I need delivered to my door. They offer Fresh farm organic milk, vitamin d milk, milkshakes and free range eggs I can pay monthly which suits me instead of direct debit. Any concerns I had when starting with McQueens were sorted out quickly I was reassured and it is so nice to know I am supporting local farmers in the process keep up the good work and please work on supplying us with more beautiful farm fresh groceries. I am very happy with the service, reminds me of the milkman delivering bottles of milk when I was a young girl.

Strawberry and banana milkshakes are delicious, I get 4 bottles delivered on a Friday and my boys have finished them by Monday, big thumbs up

I love having a doorstep delivery of milk again. The service has been first rate and ai can highly recommend it.

Our delivery is always on time, if the day changes because of bank holiday we are notified. Paying by direct debit is easy.

The milk was nice, it’s milk decent price and nice to have delivered. Friendly staff. But… they won’t leave me alone! Calling me Atleast 3-5 times a day. I’m very sick at the moment and even though I’m not paying and have told them I don’t want anymore I’m being bombarded with calls. It was pushed on to my when they came to my house even though I have a sign that asks for people to not knock on to sell things. And now I’m stuck with being constantly harassed. Overall nice people I get why they have to do it all but I just wish I would have 5 minutes of peace.

Amazing value for money, orange juice and strawberry milk is a firm favourite but so nice to see the glass bottles are back
