Really happy with this company. Get my milk delivered twice a week. Always on time

I placed the order about a month ago, I paid, and when the day of delivery came, I received nothing! I contacted them and they said that they do not deliver in my area (why did you take my money and could the post code be added?) They said that they would return my money and cancel my subscription. Now I get message from them that I have an overdue balance to pay?! What a joke!

I placed an order for milk from this company, expecting a straightforward delivery process. Instead, I was bombarded with spam-like emails, text messages, and even phone calls urging me to set up a direct debit before I had even received my first delivery. When my order never arrived, I contacted customer service, only to be met with uncertainty about my delivery status. The representative seemed more interested in ending the call than actually resolving my issue, giving vague excuses instead of checking my order. After insisting on speaking with a manager, I finally got a clear answer—they don’t deliver to flats. This was incredibly frustrating, considering I had already spent time communicating with them, expecting my delivery. Had I not been persistent in following up, I would have waited another week for a delivery that was never going to happen. What’s even more confusing is that I initially found out about this company by seeing their milk delivered to my neighbor’s flat, making their refusal to deliver to me even more questionable. Overall, this was a terrible customer experience—poor communication, excessive marketing messages, and a complete lack of clarity regarding delivery areas.

I only received 1 bottle of oat milk after asking for 2 when I rang to cancel the milk shakes.

Cancelled our subscription today. We’re a family that buy organic free range milk, due to animal welfare and antibiotic concerns. IF we buy orange juice, we buy it fresh. We hate that we use plastic and wanted to move away from this. Their salesman pitched this subscription as though we’d be receiving glass bottle milk to our doorstep. I was disappointed to see a non-organic plastic bottle of milk show up (there is no such thing as “planet friendly plastic” nor an explanation on your website of what exactly this is). After the first delivery we added orange juice to our order, this was in a glass bottle but from concentrate - and tasted like it. I was offered to upgrade the subscription to organic milk and glass bottles, but at a greater price that I couldn’t justify for the product I’d already received - in all honesty it felt like a scam. When I asked the salesman about the welfare of animals, he ensured me the farmer they buy from loved his cows and even named them. The only thing I see on McQueens website about animal welfare is on the milk they get from their supplier “MOST farms are local family farms that graze their cows as much as possible”. I would suggest tidying up your pitch, ethos, website, linking with the values outlined by your supplier First Milk, and making sure your salesmen can pass on the correct information. When cancelling you stressed that I was doing my bit for the environment by buying from you, and cutting out the middle man. I don’t see how ordering from you is more beneficial for the animals or planet, and as far as I can see, you are the middle man for First Milk.

Always deliver on time. Milk is lovely and fresh. Great to wake up to your milk on your doorstep. Also got apple juice which is so refreshing. Just changed to strawberry and banana milk today. So easy to change over, great customer service,really helpful. Would definitely recommend McQueens Dairies.

Delivered on time. Knowing the milk is there waiting when you get up. The best thing the milk tastes so much better 😋

Our empty bottles are always cleaned but the milkman has some sort off problem which could be down to laziness but he keeps leaving notes saying he can’t pick up dirty bottles ,although the bottles are spotless I have reported this and was asked to send a picture off the clean bottles but even that was ignored ,and again another note saying bottles need to be cleaned ,I did say if this was not sorted I would cancel my orders .so now I have cancelled after today .i do understand it’s hard to get good staff ,but if they can’t then am sure they will be losing buisness or just don’t care shame I cant send a picture on here so others can see how clean the bottles are
