Really disappointed

Really disappointed, NO delivery, when I called, I was advised the system shouldn't have allowed me to book as they don't deliver to flats, even though I had asked prior to arranging and I was told they did. I checked our cctv and there was no delivery attempted. I asked for the money I paid to be returned and was told, they didn't do refunds for missing orders. I had paid upfront for a weeks deliveries!!!! Absolutely appalling, still not recieved my money back, but my bank asked me to deal direct and if I get no joy they will do an indemnity for me. CUST SERVICE IS SHOCKING...

No milk delivery but took payment anyway...…

I set up my account and my weekly milk round, when the first day of delivery came, nothing was delivered. So I rang up and complained. I was promised a payment wouldn't be taken. I then rang back after deciding to cancel altogether and go to a competitor. Cancelling my account was a challenge with having to debate back and forth with the customer service representative why I wanted to cancel it and him refusing to accept it. After he realised I wasn't going to change my mind his attitude completely changed and he turned rude and abrupt. I hung up the phone annoyed but believed I wouldn't be charged and my account closed. Unfortunately this was not the case. They decided to charge me a week's worth of milk after I had requested my account to be closed and yet still no milk was delivered. Avoid this company at all costs. Go to to their competitor who has been so easy to deal with and I've had not one issue with

Can't fault your service however

Can't fault your service however, I've started getting my milk delivered, not for convenience or to help the environment but more as a luxury and to hame UN-HOMOGENISED whole milk as I used to remember when I was a kid. I can get homogenised whole milk from the supermarket and I understand that this process allows bigger production runs and a longer shelf life and I'm not prepared to pay extra and not be treated with exactly what I want.

Love having our milk delivered

Love having our milk, eggs and orange juice delivered in the old fashioned recycled bottles. Changing our order is a bit of a faf as you have to think too far ahead. Very early deliveries disturb the dog but hopefully he’ll get used to it. Love it.
