We’re very happy with the quality of our organic semi-skimmed milk- although I wish it came in glass bottles! I always have a good experience when I call to manage my account- holiday cancellations are easy.

Very friendly and knowledgeable on all the products they have available and they uplift and recycle the glass bottles very sustainable company and love how they deliver to your door step and it would be spot on if the milk you use to get delivered had the cream on top would be available again loved that milk from my childhood.

Today's review for the above milk company. The milkman's delivered the wrong tub of yoghurt it's the whole milk natural one this morning, last week's was the lighter tub? Ho empty cleaned bottle's are being left again from this week. Can you get it right milkman please? Customer services are doing their job throughout.

Good service and quality

Time and time again I've emailed to say they are delivering to the wrong house!

Brilliant customer service, great value, reliable delivery and the milk is lovely.

The website said they delivered to my village, which I know they do. So I paid for an order on the 11/12/24 which should have been delivered on the 19/12/24 but it never arrived. I rang McQueens that day, who stated they don’t deliver to my street, so can’t fulfill the order. I didn’t get any communication of this in the week I waited! They offered to refund me, which never materialised. So I chased it up again in the new year and the person on the phone had to request my refund again, which also has never materialised! So I’ve had to go through my bank to request the money back. Very quick at taking money but clearly don’t want to part with it…. better service needed.

Despite being told mcqueens could deliver to my post code , I received an email after payment and giving details for DD , that they would not cutting access to my address eg a flat . I live in a cottage with a drive straight from main road with no access issues - most disappointing
