I purchased the 10 panel on a Saturday and it said my order was active and I could go to the lab. I drove to a lab far away because it was open on Saturday, and they could not pull up my order. After multiple attempts, I had to reschedule things for Monday. Then the confirmation email said the results would be ready within 24-72 hours. Mine were not ready until a day later. Plus adding the two days I lost because of the Saturday thing - it was not good.
