Excellent Customer Handling
I had left my appointment a few days after the 90 day expiry. I called and firstly very quickly got a real human on the line. The real human was super courteous, and fast and efficient in both understanding my issue and finding a solution. Within around 10 minutes I was able to take my tests and the results were shared in 2 days, vs the 3-5 day SLA.
