This service is great for private testing when you need to know your health situation. The Doctors and counselors are professional and knowledgeable and definitely helped put my mind at ease when I couldn’t quite understand my results. You have two options to contact either direct phone call or email after hours

First of all: I had been to the 2980 main street in stratford,CT on the saturday and Monday. Terrible experiences: after waiting 30-45 mins, informed that I wouldn't be seen that day(mon)- clinic had10-15 people who had appts and the rest were walkins. That doesnt count the people that came, got disgusted and left... then on monday: got there and only 4people sitting in waiting area. No one to speak with, had already paid for test and still had to register at koski.. after 30mins I left..this location was bigger but terrible -it gets no stars. I then went to 999 Silver quest lab also in stratford,CT..walked in only one person who was able to get someone's attention,recieved his service and they were promptly on to me.. excellent service at this location...very professional, great service and they (999) gets 5stars..

Got these results the next day (10 panel std). Testing was fast and easy through quest and somehow costs less than going directly through quest. I would recommend this service.
