The technician who drew my blood wasn't very friendly or personable. The needle stick was very painful and my arm has a huge bruise from it. I've never experienced bruises like this previously. She seemed like all she wanted to do was go home and be done. No information was given about the process. I had to ask for when results would be ready, no explanation on anything

It was fast, easy and they are very helpful

Price was appropriate for the amount of tests. The fact that a lab was available quickly and there were no identifying factors of the type of test to be completed at the lab was reassuring.

It was easy to check in and once my name was called it was a fast process.

Genuinely this was a very good experience! I usually get routine testing but let one slide and this was a great help. One thing I do have to say is I paid $65 for a doctor to ask me my name, birthday and to confirm the results of my tests and then just send in my prescription. I understand this is a business and it’s being done discretely but $65 for a 3 minute phone call feels kind of steep. Once again not complaining just leaving my honest review. Thank you for your help.

Fast and easy collection

My appointment was on time and the person I worked with smiled, had a great personality and a good sense of humor. She also was a professional and a master at her craft. She was able to draw blood on the first poke. My record with other clinics / hospitals is 3 different people and 5 pokes later they are finally drawing blood.
