The necklace is lovely but when I got it out of the box 1, it didn't have a clasp( I didn't realise you had to buy it separate) 2, the necklace was tarnished ( it looked a goldie colour) I took it to Pandora in London for a clasp and she commented how tarnished it was I explained I had just received it in the post. She gave me a polishing cloth but advised me I shouldn't of received it like that.

Having been unable to get a gift that my daughter had requested from the Pandora range in a number of their stores,I thought I would try here on the remote chance that you might have it,not only did I get the bracelet but also the colour that she had asked for at a lower price than I was expecting to pay. Very happy as it arrived in a few days , so no need to tackle another trip to the shops with no success,thank you so much.

I am very satisfied with the service of Perlen and I love the jewlery collections, especially Trollbeads, Redbalifrog and Pandora! What I miss is that the exact size of the beads (silver & glass beads) is not written down in the detailed descriptions of the products. It would be also great to see more than one view of the product, please make more pictures of the charms also from the back and the side.
