Skuffende !

Køber en DYR ring og UNDER 1 måned efter er den knækket i samlingen, hvor hvidguld og rødguld mødes !! Jeg sender den retur til Jer ( på min regning) og får en ring tilbage der er repareret så den ser hammerslået ud i samlingen..øv altså!!! Har INTET hørt el. fået nogen som helst kompensation, syntes faktisk det havde været på sin plads og nu har jeg så stadig en ring der IKKE er helt 100 :0(( Møj surt, når man køber en mærkevare ring af en kendt designer !! feel disappoint

i've made an order with 4 items and paid immediately.but after a four days waiting i get an email with an opening 'I'm sorry to inform you' .if you aren't be albe to make clear the magazine.just let me know before i order!and the staff who has contacted me was very rude.that's all i feel
