My 1st order at Perlenedense was in October 2012. To date, I have made 13 orders (still waiting for the 13th order arrival though) from this website. My comments: Products - excellent brand with variety choices. Designs and choices of accessories are up-to-date, though the need to stock more quantity as some popular brand, i.e. Pandora, went out-of-stock very fast. Price - very competitive price and above all free shipping to my country, i.e. Malaysia. Customer service - experienced non-arrival of my order (only 1 out of 13, fingers cross I will receive my 13th order soon), send email to customer service after waiting for the package for 2 months. My emails were attended too very efficiently and professionally. Thumbs-up to your excellent service. Keep it up! Website - overall, smooth browsing and ordering process (even on mobile) . However, can be further improve - eg: to add price range options, dropdown listing selection by popularity/new/price.

Perlen is a super store with excellent service. I only had one bad experience with perlen. I received a retired charm with a crack in it. I never complained or sent it back. some times there are going to be some problems. I love shopping with Perlen

Product ordering was very simple, as other members in my family have noted. Shipping took 12 days, which was what I would expect for the distance, but a little longer than anticipated based on other orders from family members.
