My sister told me about Perlen a long time ago. But it was not until summer 2013, that I started buying my charms from Perlen. Since then, I placed a lot of orders. The staff always answers my questions with patience and attention. I like that. The customer service is very important to me. The items arrives safetly and fast enough considering how far away is the store from my country. I wish they can take specials orders for the clients to seek retire charms. About the prices I have to say that they are great. I wish that they had more sales, but still, the prices are really good. I like Perlen a lot. I will continue buying from Perlen. I have used Perlen for over 18 months now, mainly for Pandora beads and Trollbeads, the selection of products they have are outstanding, and some of the brands are brands you can not easily get in the UK. I have only had occasion to e-mail them once regarding a delivery and the answer was prompt, I have had no problem with delivery .The web site is easy to negotiate and laid out clearly ( which is important for a technophobe like me !!) The products are all genuine and packaged well, last christmas the packaging was so pretty I couldnt bear to open it !! Am looking forward to lots more ordering from this shop ( alas poor wallet ! )
