Order replacement

On receiving my order I found it to be gold plated instead of sterling silver. After many emails I returned the item as I had received it. A month later I received the replacement but with no wood shavings, just taped closed in a cardboard box with the order number printed on the tape. Why wasn't it presented in the same manner as the original order? At least the item was as I had ordered it as it will be a very special gift for my granddaughter.

Damaged product - no response when contacted.

My wife bought me a leather bracelet as a birthday present. When l opened it part of the leather had frayed and a strand had broken completely. Despite sending emails along with photos attached of the damaged product we’ve heard absolutely nothing. No communication from Silvery at all. Seems that they’re ok with sending faulty products and then ignoring communication from customers. Pretty poor.

Satisfied in the end

The rings fit perfectly and the engraving is good, initially i was not happy with my keepsake rings as the engraving was not exactly what i envisioned but after going backwards and forwards with a small fee the rings were remade and are great.

The web portal for placing my order for a customised necklace was very easy to navigate and my necklace arrived within four days.
