Received the montessori musical set as a birthday gift for my 3-year old twins and they love them!

I bought a nice toy for my nephew. They never sent me the tracking information eventhough I asked them several times. For my suprise when my package finally arrived it came in a Amazon Prime box which explains why they never sent me a tracking number. This people just resell you toys you can find in Amazon at half the price and they don't even bother to change the box. I bought a Workbench toy for $79 from them... the same toy was $36 in Amazon. Total ripoff.

Wish I had looked here before ordering. I thought I was getting a high quality product but like several others, they sent me a different product from Amazon that was 1/2 the cost. Plus they had the audacity to charge me shipping! I have contacted them and am waiting for my refund. Never again! Don’t buy from them!

After purchasing this item and it being sent to us from Amazon, we found the same exact item being offered on Amazon for less than half the price that Smart Kids Planet is charging their customers.

After a previous 1 star review, Smart Kids Planet reached out to me and made good on my issue with them. They agreed to refund me the full cost of my problem and permitted me to keep the item free. They were stand up with regard to remedy the customer service aspect, which I do appreciate. However the item I did receive initially was sub-standard in value. Hopefully, this was an anomaly and that their other products are indeed quality.
