James has recently serviced my boiler and installed an outside tap but has been doing plumbing work in my home since 2018. He is amazing and the only plumber I will allow into my home! Over the years he has serviced the boiler, upgraded my heating system to a smart system, installed new radiators everywhere throughout my home, installed a gas hob and repaired leaks. I have never had any problems with any of the work completed. The heating system is still going strong 5 years on. I would give extra stars if possible. Thank you for you hard work as always James!

James made a very thorough assessment, planned a remedial strategy and scheduled in the work to take place within two days. Request for a replacement boiler, my options were clearly laid out leaving me to make the final choice. Work was cleanly and efficiently carried out with my questions on the procedures answered. Even made time to fit a new radiator at my request. The setting up of the timer and thermostat was clearly explained. Overall a job well done and highly recommendable for any further work that needs to be done.
