The tutor that I had was Jonathan Arthur. He was nothing less than exceptional. During my time, if we did not understand as an individual or a class, he would make sure to revisit the subject that anyone was struggling on. As the course is provided by 1Ace Training, they send you modules to practice whilst away from class. You can get everything sent to you via email. My advice to anyone looking to get into being a Door Supervisor is that, most of this course it theory based with few practicals in between. Be prepared to take in a lot of information in a short space of time.

The training facility is excellent and stringent regarding the guidelines and schedule, which is a really positive aspect. Jonathan Arthur and Kehinde Osibote, the instructors, are very skilled and professional teachers they provided a lot of examples from real life during the lesson and helped with practical training with patience. The training facility provides elevator access and clean restrooms. For the benefit of the students, coffee, tea, and cookies are provided. The facilities are all excellent, and I had a great experience altogether.

I think act 1 and act should be explained a bit more and more the importance of doing should be explained further The tutor kehinde is amazing and kind and gentle uses interactive and relative materials
