I attended the course and I found it really good: professional instructors keen to provide the best training and making sure that everyone would be ready for the final assessments. Although the long hours spent in the classroom, required by the course attendance, teachers made this time enjoyable with interaction between them and learners.

I was doing door supervisor course with the guys from 1 Ace security, the people working in there where very kond and helpful. I am glad that meet them!

A good, solid foundation covering most aspects of the security industry which was spread over five days (I believe it's normally spread over four). Humorous, entertaining, yet extremely knowledgeable and efficient, Roy is a natural teacher (who also has the patience of a saint!) and one of the attendees in our (very) small group claimed that 'the week was so far the highlight of his year'. Thanks Roy and 1 Ace Security!

From the reception the teacher and the back of office staff I felt I had made the right choice to use that training centre after first point of contact. As for the course teacher Kelvin I he was 1st class. A very patient man and would explain any questions I asked in simple terms. All due respect to him. As for Vincent he really did have the patients of a saint but with hes knowledge and skills he got to understand the course. And again all due respect to Vincent. What ever the outcome of the exam results I enjoyed the course and would recommend 1ACE with confidence . Regards Robert Murray .

The course itself is good. But the building is terrible and not clean!
