This was an excellent experience coming around 1 ACE Security Services Ltd for Door Supervisor training which took only 4 days training. I like it shorter because my job was waiting for this certificate. they have all the facilities, very good training centre with professional trainers and friendly environment. I recommand to any friend and individual who may want to get employ in the same field quickly for Security Door Supervisor is very demanding. 1 ACE is an answer...!!!

My experience during the delivery and practical of the training,executed by the Trainer (Roy) was very enjoyable. He made the training very understandable and with the wealth of his experience came the knowledge of real life experiences that kept the delivery real and applicable. A relaxed atmosphere, precise and clear understanding of the course material. Administration however needs attention and the duration of the course itself in comparison with time and days. This course is very informative and intense. My overall experience was EXCELLENT and meeting different people, gender and cultures made it even better to integrate. BASICALLY YOU CANNOT GO WRONG. I have undergone a door supervisor training course with 1 Ace Security Ltd. It was a four day intensive training on how to work as a door supervisor. I very much liked the way the impart training. All the staffs and instructors have very outstanding command over the subject. A highly professional training provider 1 Ace speaks only in terms of profession. They make sure that the students enjoy every moment of the course. I have just finished my CCTV course and all I can say I am so pleased I did it with 1 Ace Security. I learnt a lot of new things which I will definitely use in my current security job and hopefully in my future job as a CCTV operator. Roy was great! I did enjoy it! Thank you all!

Very good training.. the staff here were really helpful, the tutor we had was amazing,, very thoroughly explained, nice cantina, fridge to store home lunch and tea/coffee available,, toilets always clean, prayer facilities available.. .. The key four modules are well organised,. the tutor will go through them with you.. course materials can be downloaded for free or you can buy them for £10 printed.. these are very important to read through.. so study well.. Modules.. Module 1, distance learning, this one needs to be revised at home,, Module 2, working as a door supervisor.. Module 3, conflict management.. These two modules the tutor will go through but also must be revised.. Module 4, physical intervention.. practical.. I enjoyed this Door Supervisor four day Course..

Throughout the time I was in the course, the tutor was always capable of maintaining his professionalism whilst keeping a positive and very cheerful relationship with the entire class and for me I felt that this was a great confidence booster in order to keep me going as I also felt that if there was any issues that I need to address, it would be answered immediately.
