Really easy to use booking system online. Booked a times lot but then had various correspondence after to offer earlier slots as they came up. Arrived on time, professional and friendly. Gave recommendations/suggestions of where to buy from when it was found our fridge freezer was non repairable. Would 100% reccomend :)

Frank came out to our broken fridge/freezer and condemned the appliance as it is unrepairable.. he then told us we are covered under the sales of goods services act and to contact AO who supplied it. Through doing this and Frank writing us a report to send we have received around 80% of our purchase price back.. Great service thanks Frank will definitely use again...

Brilliant, identified the issue with our in built dishwasher very quickly, has taken the door away to shave part of it off to ensure it fits better even though this is outside his scope and certainly wouldn't have expected him to do this :) would recommend and will use again if we need to.
