Direction Law were prompt with responses and very helpful at explaining things when needed. There was a delay in the buying process but this was not down to Direction Law. They tried their upmost to chase the sellers solicitors to hurry the process along. We completed on a Shared Ownership property and they knew their stuff. Could not fault them and would definitely use them again. Their quote for their service was very competitive and informed us of any thing that may/may not be charged so we were aware of what the maximum fee might be.

The only thing I could fault was the quotation, there were fees that weren’t stated, however, I was aware of other things I knew I needed to pay, for others who don’t, it would have been a surprise. Otherwise, they have done a smooth job. Thank you

Process became a bit confusing at times and felt like terms were used often that I did not understand being a first time buyer, had to regularly await clarification which caused some delays. Mostly quick responses to communication. Staff were mostly friendly and polite and happy to help. Overall a good quality service.

Direction Law where very good dealing with my purchase. However they do have a lot of different departments and I did feel as though I spoke to a lot of different people.
