Nobody knows for sure what product one is getting but with my experience Sanare Lab seems to be on the up and up. If I have a complaint it would be with my last order. The phone number on bottle didn't work and didn't match number on website. I thought I was ordering two 90 capsule bottles but instead got one 180 capsule bottle. Once the bottle is opened its freshness starts to decline faster than if the bottle was sealed. The ad showed two bottles but might have missed the small print.
