The coffee quality was horrendous. It will be better to get the original nespresso brand than the cheaper one. It was undrinkable. Delivery and user experience of ordering was good. no complaints there.

Hi. I ordered two packs of Julius meinl coffee pods from Ilpresso. However, when I received them I saw that that their Expiry date was 06/06/24. No such thing was mentioned on the website when I placed the order. They taste really weird too. I have already opened one pack, so I understand that can’t be returned. However, I’d like to return/exchange the other unopened pack. Kindly let me know the procedure for that.
