What a great company, the chap on the phone was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. I love my new dining room and coffee table. Very fast delivery, with two lovely chaps to lift it into the house for me.

Purchased a Christmas present from this website and when we amended our order just prior to dispatch they were extremely helpful and made the change without question. Sometimes a little tricky to get hold of them on the phone but persevere and they are happy to help. We were very pleased with our unique purchase.

We ordered a large mirror, which was delivered to storage and stayed there for 3 weeks due to unfortunate delays in our renovation project. When it was opened, it had a large crack. Since the mirror has not been checked upon arrival, it is understandable that the company is in it's rights not to replace it, but there was no concessions made whatsoever on the price of a new one. Our project involved dealing with a large number of other suppliers, who all showed a much better understanding when similar situations arose, so we have decided to never order anything from A&P again. We now found a very similar item from a local dealer. Most other companies offer a much better customer service, hence would not recommend A&P

We bought a table and bench from this company, then after 16 months Large cracks started to appear right across our table. We rang the company and spoke to a horrible man on the phone he give us a pathetic excuse as to why the cracks had appeared. We have gone to trading standards we will never deal with this company again. Terrible customer service

These people pick up the phone and speak to you. They listen and advise and you can always speak with someone. More online traders need to take a leaf out of these people's book. My complete set of bedroom furniture is in a league of its own. Classy well made and in general superb! Only wish I'd found them before messing around with other not so reputable companies. Thank you guys it was a delight!
