This guy is excellent. I called him and he was able to advise me how to open a broken safe over the phone. Took no payment and was polite and professional throughout. He quoted a reasonable price if the phone fix did not work, but it did, and I could not be more grateful.

I have a vintage safe in my cellar that has never been opened since purchasing the property and it is too big to dispose of. But it is ideal for keeping those important papers safely together. Problem was, I didn’t have a key. The first specialist safe-breaker told me it would cost more than a new safe to get it opened and would probably end up unusable anyway. But he referred me to Will at Safebusters and I sent him a message. Will arrived within two days, a five hour round trip, had the safe opened within the hour and then spent two hours taking the lock apart, making new keys and putting it together again, leaving the safe in good working order. I could tell that Will is a very rare individual these days - highly skilled, highly motivated, loves his work, very anxious to please, and a true gentleman. To top it all, Will quoted me a lower price than he intended (I have the same problem - hitting the right keys on an iPhone) but he refused to accept the full amount even though I was more than happy to pay it! This was an experience that restored my faith in human nature.
