Swanson products are very good

Swanson EU in my experience is inexpensive, good quality, reliable and with fast shipping. The only minus: one has to read the ingredients facts in some cases of herbs carefully to be sure it's an extract, and not merely the powdered herb - most of the time indicated by the adjective 'full spectrum' on the bottle (but now always) - which I prefer to buy in bulk, and not in capsules. An other thing in B-Complexes: I wouldn't buy anything with less than methylfolate. So with due diligence on the buyers side, satisfaction guaranteed.
