I purchased a pair of red Valentino sandals through this site, I wore then once and they fell apart the quality was shocking. I have a few pairs of red Valentino sandals ant the ones purchased in this site are very poor quality compared to all my others 😡 When I requested a refund or exchange I had to chase their response for over a month 😡 I finally received their response and they advised it was out of their hands as below.???? Absolutely appalling, do not use this site 'Dear Lisa, we finally got a reply from the brand. Unfortunately their technical team affirmed the sandals are not repairable. And being the item from an old collection, they are not in the position to offer a refund or a substitution. We are sorry for the response but we are only the intermediary between you and the brands decision. We remain at disposal. Sincerely, Eleonora Bonucci
