Sacha’s customer service was exceptional. She gave me a date when flights we wanted and would be available and she stuck to this and contacted me to let me know options. Not only did she give me a couple of options she also provided a flight I asked about, not just providing the cheapest option but practical ones too. Once we selected a flight Sacha was quick to get the booking done, she was proactive when some dates weren’t available, called me and quickly got it sorted. She was quick to respond to any questions as well. And we got our e-ticket and information in a timely manner. I was able to obtain really excellent business class airfares for our Christmas trip when I had thought I might only be able to afford Premium Economy. The agent who assisted me, Natalie, was fantastic, understood our needs exactly and with minimal explanation and organised everything super quickly.
