From the initial call late Monday 15/1 to enquire about our trip to finalising our flights on Thursday 18/1 (including the impetus to book a tour in Cairo) we received exceptional service. We needed to have stopovers with our flights both ways and Jim provided options for us to assist with making decisions. He was incredibly well mannered and easy to deal with and caring about our individual needs. We had been dealing with a different company since November 2023 and getting nowhere fast. Within 3 days we had our flights booked and were elated with the results.
