I haven’t used a travel agent in decades, but thought I’d give it a try after seeing an ad. I was stunned at how professional and helpful Tess was. She was so quick to respond to me with a variety of options, and was able to get me a really good deal. I’ll definitely be using this service from now on. I was recommended to use this company by a friend, so I was already feeling confident right from the start. All my queries were answered promptly by email or phone call. Jim was excellent! He’s very knowledgeable and helpful and even selected my seats for me on each flight. Now that’s service! I would definitely recommend using Flatbeds, in fact I’ve been doing so to all my friends since booking my flights earlier this month.

Tess was super organised and helped us with every aspect of the trip. She responded quickly and gave us many options- a great person to work with.

Flat beds just took all of the hassle out of finding business class flights to Europe for a reasonable price. I was impressed at how quickly our itinerary was put together and at a cheaper price than quoted. Would definitely use again.
