My initial request was about a potential around the world fare for my travel needs, but after discussions with Michelle, a simpler return journey could be done. We just completed a six week holiday in North America Q3 of 2023, but our flights cost more than the flights of our friends. We are off to Europe next year. When we inquired about flight options for our next trip with our former agent, we were quoted $13,000 more for Business Class than we are paying with Flat Beds; and we aren't flying a cut-price airline. So glad we use Flat Beds (and a huge thanks to M, our new agent).

Mixed feelings.. first time we booked with flat beds they were super. This time they have been less than ordinary . I guess the Main thing we’d say is to check and Double check BEFORE you book, that you are sitting next to your partner! We took this for granted and on 2 legs of the journey we were sitting either behind each other or in middle with huge space betwwwn and permanent dividers between us as well so we literally had to walk around to the others seat to talk. Not the experience we wanted for A special holiday. When I called about it after I realised, ( and before we went) the owner came on the line and made a joke about us “ being sick of each other by that flight anyway” Hardly professional. Only seats left we were told. That should have been pointed out to us. They Just didn’t show the attention to detail or care factor we expected. However when we contacyes them about another issue they were quick to respond and helpful. Would probably not use them again.
