Finn Footwear are so easy to deal with. Purchased 2 pairs of boots 1 from Marco Tozi range and the other from Patrizo Como range from their recent promotion of 2 for €100. I know i am getting good quality footwear when i buy from Finn's. Online ordering system very easy to use had my order in 2 days. The Patrizo Como boot is a slim fitting boot so i had to exchange for next size up. E mailed Finn's about the problem had a reply back same day. Finns communicated back to me the next size up was out of stock originally and subsequently e mail from them to say could now supply and sent out to me straight away.The return system through courier company is excellent. All this happened within a week of original purchase. Love Finns online video's. Great to be able to support an Irish Business in a rural community. Great customer experience from start to finish.
