This process was the easiest ever when it comes to quick approval and funding an LOC. On top of that, the rate is the best I ever got in the world of quick borrowing. I give them 5 stars.

The underwriting process was super cumbersome from start to finish. Underwriting would ask for something and I would provide. They would ask for more and I would provide. They wouldn't stop so I had to tell them I wouldn't submit anymore until they provided me with a final list. After my loan was funded I received a call from Idea Financial who was friendly. I signed all the paperwork but realized the amount Idea rep mentioned was not the limit I was given. All the paperwork had to be sent again and even then it wouldn't come through. Several days of back and forth until finally the document was there to sign. If I had it to do again, I don't think I would have gone through all of that for a LOC that has pretty high interest rate anyway.
