What can I say other than amazing customer service whilst I was a stressed best man booking up my best friends stag do,The two amazing ladies Kath and Becki have been brilliant!!! Nothings to much and everything is possible,I must have rang the office 20+ times with questions and every time greeted with enthusiasm and positivity!! I booked a Pontins party package for a friend's birthday weekend away. Some of my friends were concerned after reading some bad reviews so I spoke to Dani and she reassured me that they were lots of fun and a great value weekend and I have to say she was spot on. The acts were fab and we had the best weekend! Now looking for an excuse to book another!

Booked Rage Buggies activity for a group of 7 at £52 each which I think was poorly and deceivingly advertised. For starters, the venue is advertised as being in Reading but it's actually 40mins away. We booked based on location as some of the party members we working on the day. Added to this, there were only 2 buggies available on the day, which meant we had to do it in turns and for a group of 7, this meant only 8mins each on the buggy!! Essentially for £52 you get 42mins waiting around time and 8mins racing....not worth the money, in my opinion.
