We booked a quad biking experience through this company, for £45 per person for 10 people. Upon completing the booking, we found out that the venue was owned by a different company but this didn't put us off too much. We had an issue with a couple of people attending however, so we called up and asked for a reduction in numbers. The company refused after putting us on hold for 30 seconds, despite this being quite a reasonable request. We even offered to pay an admin fee at this point. Upon arriving at the event, we had a good time quad biking, although I picked up a leaflet at the end of the experience. The quad biking we had taken part in only cost £35 per person - we found out that we had been thoroughly ripped off by Designaventure to the tune of £100 (£10 times 10 people), in addition to the money lost from their inability to reduce the numbers by 2 people. Overall, we paid £450 for an event that should have cost £280, due to us using this company, we feel like we've been taken for a ride and won't be using this company again.

I’ve been looking to plan a stag do, and came across DesignaVenture. I Enquired with about a few options, I found them to be very accommodating with my Search and very helpful with putting a few packages together to choose from, and came back to be quickly with the options.
