We've subscribed to Countd a few months ago and I can easily say it is the best decision we made. The food is delicious, the varieties are incredible given the fact that we are vegetarians. The creativity by the chef is great, no doubt. He knows how to explore flavors without compromising the integrity of the dishes. Definitely we highly recommend anyone to try, whether you are a vegetarian or not.

Fast response in WhatsApp, all questions answered clearly and quickly by Ryan, easy to set up and use the app, great choice of meals and snacks, calorie and macro counts on the labels, delivery before the required time, and though it's just my first day on the plan, I wanted to jump on here and say how absolutely delicious, fresh and filling all the food was today!! I'm massively impressed and it's not my first meal plan company (I've tried a few, well known ones and newbies). Count'd beats them all so far, can't wait to try tmrws menu!

Best decision i made this 2023!! I saw the ad on IG..went through it, liked what i saw...left my contact details and i honestly didnt expect someone to reach out soon!! I was impressed💯Ryan was my first contact..he has been guiding me from day 1 and doing constant follow ups!...the food as well is amazing! Big up to the chef👩‍🍳Am adjusting well with the portions given the fact that i was eating large portions for 2!!😂..price too is pocket friendly no dent left!
