Disappointing

Definitely do not recommend this law firm - made a serious error on legal documents that I spent tens of thousands of pounds on and completely messed up a very simple legal case I had. Work with a bigger firm

Very poor quality work for a law firm

I hired this firm and interacted with the owner and 'CEO' of this law firm Alex Pappin, as well as various lawyers. Ultimately, they lost a big legal matter I gave them with results in tens of thousands of pounds of extra costs for me. They are disorganised, rude, made obvious errors in the work, and I warn any prospective customers lest my experience is repeated. Alex displays one of the most alarming behaviours I have seen from a leader of a business and has no interest in ensuring high quality customer service. EDIT: WRT Jamieson Alexander's response to my review - I am not aware of any overdue fees and have raised complaints to the JAL team without recieving a response. Do not work with this firm - they are highly unprofessional!

Terrible experience with Jamieson Alexander

We have had the most terrible experience with Jamieson Alexander over the past couple of months. They are either unresponsive or delayed in responding on extremely urgent legal matters where we are under time constraint to act. Their invoicing process is in complete disarray with invoices being sent late or prematurely (before work has even commenced). The quality of work has been shocking because of the firm constantly changing the individuals dealing with our matters and some of these individuals only being available on a part time basis. Despite our many recommendations on suitable ways of working, the firm has repeatedly made the same errors and have threatened to discontinue working. In response to the below reply from Jamieson Alexander, the only fees claimed to be overdue are the subject of complaints that Jamieson Alexander has not responded to in nearly 8 weeks, and tens of thousands of fees have already been paid to date on amtters that include those where Jamieson Alexander has made clear errors in the legal document that have led to increased fees to fix and address. It is alarming that Jamieson Alexanders team charge for work done that is incorrect, and then charge again to fix this work.

I am very pleased with the service received from Jamieson Alexander Legal. Big shout out to Lola who made the entire process effortless and was very organised, efficient and clear at all times. I would definitely recommend them, definitely one of the best solicitors I've used.
