Almost all responses were within a day, and if there was a reason for a delayed response I was made aware of beforehand. Extremely helpful with my custom design and even provided advice/suggestions for improved functional quality. I needed the ring before a certain date and they delivered well in advance, And most importantly……I LOVE THE RING! Honestly cannot stop looking at it, Ellie did an amazing job putting the design together (which looked amazing) and the Ring turned out even better than that! 100000% recommend.
