One of the true measures of a company is both how good they provide a good or service, as well as how they rectify issues. How good is their service: Using the card was very easy as expected. How do they rectify issues: I had an issue with my card's balance. I reached out to them and they were very quick to respond and worked to quickly resolve the issue. Very good customer service!

Why is there a service fee for a gift card? That doesn't seem right. I am a librarian about to do an online fair so I wanted to purchase some cards to share the experience with my families. I am disappointed that my families will be charged a service fee for the card. I hope it does not discourage them from purchasing gift cards. Is the fee the same regardless of the amount of the card? I only bought 2 $10 gift cards and was charged a fee for each card.
