What a transformation, from our first visit to Regal Interiors showroom throughout the discussions we had over a few days regarding just what we required in our new bathroom installation. We were greeted by the sales staff who were all extremely pleasant and understood exactly what was required. We felt at ease and were pleasantly surprised just how easy the process was to get exactly what we wanted and were under no pressure whatsoever to buy. Computer Plans were done for us to take away and study. We were very happy with the plans and went ahead with the purchase. Our instalation fitter Jordan was very professional and took pride in his work. Removal of our old bathroom and the installation of the new one went ahead without any problems. We're extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend Regal Interiors to anyone looking to purchase a new Bathroom, Kitchen or Bedroom without any hesitation at all. When picking a partner for a home improvement project it’s not always just about style, quality and price (although Regal Interiors deliver on all of these counts), sometimes it’s also about the people. We recently worked with Scott and the team at Regal Interiors on a project that was sadly impacted by family illness. At this difficult time, Scott and the whole management team at Regal interiors showed us boundless patience, compassion and support. Sadly all too often these days the human touch can be missing from business but not with Regal Interiors we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I recently visited for help designing a shower room. Scott was very knowledgeable with products from different suppliers and very helpful giving me much needed guidance on my original design ideas. I would definitely recommend him and Regal interiors.

The team at Regal were brilliant from start to finish. Super helpful and patient whilst we finalised the design, the fitter (Jordan) went above and beyond to ensure that the bathroom was fit within a week, he’s also been back since to drill holes in tiles so we didn’t ruin them trying to do it ourselves! They all go the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy. We’re over the moon with the end product and had SO many compliments from guests. I would 100% recommend Regal to anyone.

Not everything goes to plan. After installation there was an issue with our shower. It happens. These guys went out of their way to sort quickly and amicably with no fuss. Really impressed and very reassuring to know if things aren't 100% they will sort it out. Thank you!

I can only assume that we looked like we couldn’t afford to be in the showroom. We are upgrading our bathroom and kitchen and as locals we went to Regal. After being given 5 minutes to peruse the bathrooms on display we were approached by a male - within 60 seconds he stated “oh our bathroom start at £8000 and £15,000 - and the more you want to customise the higher the price”. At no point did we give any indication of our budget for the bathroom, nor were we asked. Not wanting to make a scene I said budget was never an issue (or something to that effect) and walked away - I didn’t even bother looking at their kitchen choice. First rule of retail - never ever judge a book by its cover!

You will not be disappointed if you choose Regal Interiors! From the moment we arrived at the showroom, we received exquisite service. Fast forward to now, and we are overjoyed with our new bathroom. We luxuriate every day in the huge bath with stunning wall and floor tiles, lighting, sink unit, toilet and relaxing ambience. We also had double fitted wardrobes and kitchen sink fitted by Regal. Paul is an ultimate perfectionist and we are so grateful for that. He has transformed the bathroom space to give us a spa experience every day! Andy worked efficiently and expertly to create a double fitted wardrobe and fitted the kitchen sink beautifully. The electricians and decorator also need thanking too. Adrian runs a tight ship from design to execution and is the nicest man to work with. He keeps in touch each step of the way and you have complete faith you will end up with a dream bathroom, which we have! 100% recommend Regal Interiors. Don’t delay as they are booked up for months ahead! Be patient though, it will be worth it! Thank you to everyone involved at Regal Interiors!!!!

From the familiar face of Andy in the showroom to the end of the fitting, the whole process was pretty seamless. I know we chose unusual tiles to create a Middle Eastern design over the bath, but combined with the fitted units and the floor it looks fabulous. Andy is as usual, helpful, but not critical of choice, and extremely patient, as it did take some time to choose a tap.... John and Ryan, the fitters, were a joy to have in the house. Tidy and efficient, they made the entire process as painless as possible, and I would not hesitate in asking for them again. They finished on time, and the quality of the work was superb. A slight electrical issue was quickly resolved, and we are now left with our 3rd stunning bathroom by Regal (over a 15 year period). A final thanks goes out to Adrian and plumber Richard who came to my aid last week when I had a problem with a leaking radiator sending water through a ceiling. I really appreciated it.
