Website - Prompts were easy to follow. (Appreciated the loan calculator - so no surprises regarding repayment amount.) Hated the signing of docs with a mouse - (Didn't appeal to my OCD tendencies that everything must be orderly and exact.) Disclaimer docs were understandable - I knew what I was signing and during process, was given opportunity to terminate, if I felt this was not suitable for my needs or budget. Follow up application details - The rep was professional and explained process in easy to understand terminology, followed through by text and email. Money deposited into my bank account, with text messaging and email confirmation within a day. What more could I ask for. Thanks Team.
