Whilst I appreciate you acknowledging my review, you asked me for the reason why I gave you only one star, the reason is quite clear in my last review the girl who works by the front desk called Laura is not very accommodating. She doesn’t smile, you walk in the door she doesn’t acknowledge you, she just says pick a colour, you staff might be friendly to regular regular customers but even if you don’t go so often they still should smile at least when a person walks in the door Deborah Becker

When I entered, I was pleasantly greeted and offered a beverage. Everyone that works here are pleasant people & took great care and did a wonderful job on my Pedis. It’s a refreshing ambiance & clean. Can’t wait to come back soon and I was very happy!
