I had a mixed experience with Jo Loves. Their products are classy and well-packaged, and customer service, particularly Elaine, was helpful and polite. However, the website is hard to navigate, and some functionality issues caused frustration. While shipping was smooth, improvements to the shopping experience would make me a more loyal customer.

Following my review, i received a response from Jo Loves Customer Service Team the following day. However, I was advised that I could purchase fragrance from Cult Beauty and they were delivering to Northern Ireland - jumped straight onto the website only to find that as well as Space NK, Cult Beauty do not have the fragrance I am looking for! Yet further disappointment!

Great service to match a great brand
I absolutely love this brand so my opinion was very high anyway but after contacting the customer advice email about an unusual problem I experienced with one of the bottles of cologne that I had purchased, Elaine in the customer care team resolved my query within minutes to my complete satisfaction by confirming that the item would be replaced and I am delighted! You don't get great service in very many places nowadays so (to be honest) I didn't know what resolution to expect, but I'm really pleased I took the time to enquire. Thanks Jo Loves team, oh and your products smell absolutely incredible đ
Excellent customer service
I have to say I recieved excellent customer service from Elaine. She responded very quickly To my issue and it was resolved without fuss. A company that has got it right which is quite rare. Amazing products which I will continue to buy.
Excellent customer service
I recently contacted customer services via email regarding a faulty product. Within less than one hour I received an email with a solution & new product despatch without hesitation!! The lady I dealt with, Elaine, could not of been more helpful & understanding, I felt like she cared & I was not just a number in a call centre! Well done, keep up the personal touch đ thank you
Jo Loves used to be amazing and my goâŠ
Jo Loves used to be amazing and my go to for gifts and treats for my home. Sadly the customer service has really declined. Iâve been purchasing JL for years either direct from JL or more recently via SpaceNK too. I recently placed an order for my sister in lawâs 30th birthday. I struggled to log into my account and in the end had to set up a new one. Online it says that their customer services live chat and emails are available Monday - Saturday 9.30-5.30 but could I get a response on Saturday? I was trying to double check that the gift would arrive in time if I placed my order and also query my birthday gift from being part of the JL scent artist club - I sadly didnât receive an email this year. So I placed the order and paid ÂŁ7.95 for next day delivery so that it would be dispatched on Monday and arrive in time for her birthday on Tuesday. Nothing arrived! So upsetting and embarrassing!! I contacted customer services and they just said that it would arrive on the Wednesday. They eventually kindly refunded my next day delivery charge âas a gesture of goodwillâ. I never received the service I paid for!! They also said that I could have the birthday gift next time I placed an order - sadly I wonât be placing another order - why would I after such a dreadful experience? Also, ÂŁ5 for a box? When youâre paying a premium for a luxury product surely this should be included - it certainly used to be. Such a shame JL has gone so downhill!!
Just disappointed but rectified after this review
Utterly disappointed with the online service/after service. Tried placing an order. There was an offer where when spending over ÂŁ120 two free gifts were given. This wasnât showing when on âcheck outâ. I emailed and this was sorted for me - no problem. An invoice was raised which I then paid. I realised shortly after that they hadnât asked me about gift wrap. The products are a Christmas gift for my father to gift my mother. Within a few hours I emailed back to ask that the gift packaging be used (which I had originally added online) along with a written gift card. The response has been utterly unsatisfactory. The package had already been dispatched and they will not send me out any sort of gift packaging. I have emailed again asking if they could please just send me a bag to make the gift look special for my mum - their response - no! Surely they can post me a bag. So disappointed. ** Since writing this review, Elaine from the customer experience team has been in touch again and has sent out two gift boxes for the items I purchased. Thank you Elaine!
Outstanding service
Outstanding service. There was a issue with my product and I emailed Jo Love. Elaine from customer service emailed me back and within about 3 hours she had an update and refunded me for the item. I was amazed and delighted with this service as it is hard to get good customer service these days. Jo Love you should be so proud, the training you give your staff and also to Elaine who was in my words only brilliant đ. Thank you đ

I have just taken ÂŁ380 of product to the checkout to find they are now charging ÂŁ5 to pack it in a box!!! NO premium brand does this, i have not processed the order and wonât use them again. Discussed is an understatement, Le labo have made money on the back of this.
Great Customer Service
Had an issue with one of Jo Loves product bought from Space NK who weren't able to help me. Jo Loves were amazing and very efficient and dealt with my issue quickly and very efficient. Cannot recommend enough.
