I ordered three lenses with power from Labella and by mistake, I’ve chosen the wrong power so immediately I wrote them an email, and after 30 minutes they answered my email!! communication with them was so good and everything went smoothly, shipping was one day after they confirmed the changes of my goods. it took around 5 days till I received them in Germany, my eyes are so sensitive but the quality of these lenses are high and I use them for the first time for 6 hours without any problem even though I had to pay tax here in Germany because of those 3 lenses but still it worth it and I’m so satisfied with my purchase ☺️
