Nice to be able to talk to someone over the phone to sort out the details of your specific insurance. This will be my second year with these guys, I will certainly be returning for my insurance here in the future. In my experience with internet only companies where there is no means to contact anyone or spending endless time going in circles with a bot, this was like a breath of fresh air. They were Polite and helpful in taking the time to explain everything in detail. They were prompt with reply emails to my queries.
