I have used this company a few years for an expensive Aston Martin and I have been very pleased with the service. However, I recently sold the Aston and wanted to change vehicle on the policy, nothing exotic just a VW Transporter. They couldn't do this and said I needed to cancel the Aston and take out a new policy. I quickly got the message that they were no longer interested in me as a customer, I had to call back twice for the promised quote and I felt that the guy dealing with it had a real 'couldn't care less' attitude about insuring me or retaining me as a customer. I therefore went to another insurer. After that, getting my NCB from them wasn't simple and I had to wait a month for a refund on the cancelled policy ? When my new Aston is ready, sorry but I certainly wont be returning to Keith Michaels for cover.
