Highly recommend this company, Mark who i dealt with today was superb in helping me with car insurance that allowed me to have my partner on my policy. (i was with Admiral but they refused to add my partner to my policy with them) Anyway after speaking to Mark for a short period today, he found me a policy that both myself and partner could be on, he couldnt have been anymore helpful, very professional very easy to talk to with the personal touch. I took the policy out straight away (and then i cancelled my policy with admiral, who had none of the qualities of Mark at keith matthews) I'd give this company 10/10 and i don't foresee myself going anywhere else in the future. The acceptance that everyone's requirements for Insurance are different, and ability for me to speak to an efficient, interested team member was so refreshing. Even at 2200 hrs Gary responded to my email with a query and during our first conversation my slightly unusual circumstances were managed completely efficiently. Really excellent company, and in particular working with Gary was refreshing compared with other companies who really just had no personal interest in doing business, but only want to get an algorithm to deal with potential customers.
