Disappointing Customer Service
I have been chasing a simple proof of NCB for more than two weeks, each time I am told that 'they are chasing'. My current insurer is threatening to cancel my insurance if I don't produce this simple document. It seems a case of, they are interested in you when they are taking your money, as soon as you cease to become a customer, they are not interested. I will not be returning to, or recommending Keith Michaels Insurance (Keith Michaels plc). *Update* I was going to update this review with the fact that I did receive the document I have been chasing today. That came about after I had to insist on speaking to a Manager when I was about to be fobbed off again. I find it disappointing that Neil Donovan is trying to suggest that my more than two weeks of chasing was simply an error by one member of staff, this is simply untrue. He would have come across so much better if he had just said 'we didn't do very well this time, sorry'.

Dismal
Initially helpful and interested, but truly dismal follow up. After several chasing emails (where I also provided clear guidance on the timescales within which I needed resolution), and several phone calls (that were routed to answerphone, with no alternative contact details provided), I gave up and went back to the market. One of Keith Michael’s peers provided the cover I needed with 48 hours of first contact and 35% cheaper. I would not recommend Keith Michaels…try Adrian Flux instead…a far superior offering.
