Luke and I have been working together for the last few months, so it is a relatively new relationship, as he sought to find me a new role post redundancy. As I built my network what stood out for me the most and the reason I want to work with Luke going forward was that he always made time for me. He made the effort to discuss roles with me, he followed up with me on my applications, he listened to my concerns and supported me.
