My shakes arrived very quickly & they are delicious.

Ideal for breakfast and lunch , and to keep weight down , filling , must use semi skimmed milk to get full effect if the shake , I miss the bars though as I had 1 for breakfast with a coffee and this kept me until about 1 pm ready for lunch

This is a nice product, and helpful for the working professionals/students who don't have much time to prepare food in the morning. However, for the actual purpose (to lose weight), it has not worked very well for me in the initial 6 days. I will be continuing it, for the next 2 more weeks and let's see what happens then.

Since deciding I needed to make some huge changes I decided to use diet now as part of my weight loss journey. The order arrived within 2 days of placing it which was excellent. I have taken the offer of the 2 week trial which has given me a selection of shakes to try. This is excellent as I have found myself rating each of the shakes to my own preferences. I am only 4 days into the programme but already I am getting into new routines. The shakes to my own surprise do make me feel quite satisfied and I am able to follow the plan as suggested and they taste good too. Early days but I am more than satisfied with my purchase so far.

Enjoying most of the favours first week so looking forward to weigh in Monday
